SIB charted a special, illuminating course on its 21st Charter Anniversary at the Bangalore Room, with India’s Fit India Ambassador, Wanita Ashok, giving SIB wonderful lessons on how to stay Healthy and well as Happy.  

Wanita Ashok, who has a long list of awards to her credit, including the Naada Kempegowda Award and Karnataka Rathnashri Award, gave SIB women lessons on staying happy and healthy throughout life. What is her secret? 

 

Persistence is the twin sister of excellence. One is a matter of quality the other, a matter of time,” she said. Never ever give up. Always dip into yourself and push yourself to reach the skies, she added.  

The Charter Day celebration marked a special chapter in SIB’s own evolution towards optimising its goals and activities.
